Composite Lymphoma : Hodgkin & SLL

Composite Lymphoma: This case was composed of prototypic areas of CLL/SLL (see previous two images) as well as foci of classic Hodgkin lymphoma (shown here and the next image). The patient was an elderly male who presented with an enlarged inguinal lymph node.

There are several Hodgkin & Reed-Sternberg cells in a background of eosinophils and numerous mature small lymphocytes.
