25 y/o female with lethargy and weight loss. Plain chest x-ray shows extensive bilateral mediastinal lymphadenopathy. There is marked widening of both paratracheal spaces from the apices to the base of the thoracic cavity. The lungs are clear and the bony thorax appears normal. This was a biopsy-proven Hodgkin lymphoma, which responded well to chemotherapy.
